Dad's Day 2011
Sunday, June 19, 2011
Felt very blessed by GOD for giving me such a wonderful DAD! My dad is the greatest dad! Since the day I was born, I was been pampered and loved so much by my family, specially by my parents! Still remembered I was once beaten by my dad when I was in Primary One, where I did not went to school, due to the Mathematics teacher was so fierce! Hahahaha! That's the time and the ONLY time I was so hardly beaten by my dad!
In my high school years, my dad has given me a lot of freedom where I can go where ever I want, do what ever I want to do (for good course, of course) This is where I got so much time involving with school activities specially in Red Crescent.
In my Form Six years and also my uni years, my dad has given me a lot of financial supports where I don't have to worry about any financial problems all these while. Especially in my uni years where he fully support all the education fees and my living fees. Even till now in my working years, he still ask once awhile am I living all right. My dad also has given me a lot of precious supports and encouragements when I was in the stressful uni years. Guess he wishes his children stays happy and no worries. And I am happy cause I did not let my dad down by achieving a good results in my uni years. ^^
Today is the day where I express all my love to my dad, but not the only day! Just that is Father's Day and where I always gave greetings, cards and gifts to my dad every year. This year, I made this....
My dad owns a coffee shop and he's the cook. And his cooking was really delicious and no one denies about this fact. My dad worked hard from a teenager who knows nothing about cooking and came to Miri, works hard and achieved what he has now: Cooking skills, A coffee shop, and a warm & lovely family with a beautiful wife, 2 healthy and smart sons and a pampered loving daughter. ^^
Happy Father's Day Daddy & I LOVE YOU!!!

CNY Advertisement
Saturday, January 29, 2011
A short clip to share with everyone.
It seems like almost every year PETRONAS will broadcast a CNY advertisement about spending time with the elders and family gathering, especially for youngsters like us, to remind us to remember to spend more time with your family. Don't wait till you lost the chance then you feel regret. Spend more time and care more about them while you still have the chance.
Just a short update. Take care everyone.

Christmas 2010
Friday, January 07, 2011
A backdated post on Christmas celebration. This year Last year, should be my first ever Christmas Countdown Celebration. Thanks to The Spring, Kuching for organizing this Christmas concert. So, for sure the Christmas Countdown Concert was held in The Spring, Kuching. There were lots of performances and gifts giveaway, which includes Firefly tickets for 2 to Kuala Lumpur, Sony Ericsson's handphones, and goody bags from Digi and also Hitz fm. The concert started off by few caroling performances inside the mall then followed by one of the High School Marching Band, Green Road if I'm not mistaken, which leaded us to outside to their premier parking space there.

The marching band and the Emcees of the night.. Know who are they?

Various performances during the concerts, including singing and dancing too. Spotted the 2 DIGI guys joining the fun and spotted Myfm's car there too!

It's Christmas. Fabulous fireworks by the Spring. Really nice and fantastic!
Besides going to the Christmas concert, Fan Su brought me, along with his friends to the Winter Village, located at MBKS area there, followed by a steamboat dinner, where the princess totally forgot the place and the name. =X

Winter Village with Fan Su's friends...

The Winter Village...

Inside the Village, where you can spot some fake snows falling down. RM5 per entry for adult. ^^ A cool place with many Christmas decorations. ^^

Made some funny faces in front of the Christmas ornaments. Cute^^
An enjoyable Christmas I can say. Lastly, the princess and her prince received Christmas presents from each of us...

A white gold diamond necklace for her and a remote control helicopter for him. Hahaha~ Both of them love the presents alot alot.
That should be it for 2010 Christmas. Looking forward for 2011's Christmas. Do enjoy the blessings given by GOD. Take care everyone. ^^

孝顺
Saturday, June 20, 2009

Dumpling Making
Thursday, May 28, 2009
In conjunction of Dragon Boat Festival, or Duan Wu Jie aka 端午节, the princess will be posting about how to make rice dumpling. It's been years since I last ate rice dumpling made by grandma. So, this year, she planned to made and I tagged along.
Then, fried the glutinous rice with ginger and add a little bit of salt for the seasonings.
Get ready the fillings too. We used pork with small onions and mushrooms.
Now it's time for the wrapping.. First, make the bamboo leaves into the cone shape like. Make sure the end has no holes... If not, when cook, everything will come out..
Then, stuffed the rice into it first...
.. and then the fillings...

Reunion Dinner
Thursday, February 05, 2009
I love it when Chinese New Year is here. Why? Cause we get to gather with our loves one, specially with our family. Different from the previous years, this year should be the first reunion dinner without my beloved grandpa with us as he is now living happily with GOD. Honestly, still kinda not use to it. (>.<)
This year also, my big brother is not with us as he needs to go to the States for business trips. Well, too much bla-ing. Let me show some pictures...
Almost every year, we spent our reunion dinner at home, with my daddy, as the cook!
My second brother personal favourite, lobster!!!

And my personal favourite, marinated fried pork! Yummy~
Our reunion dinner, with lotsa yummy foods. Dang, I forgot I should ask daddy to cook shark fin too. Last year's shark fin was nice! This year, I celebrated my Chinese New Year Eve under the rain as it rains almost everyday in Miri. And this year I did lotsa chores for the Chinese New Year preparation to lighten my parents and my grandma's burden. Kinda satisfied though.
That's for my Reunion Dinner and Chinese New Year Eve celebration. So, how's yours?
