The confidence in me for getting 3.00++ for my CGPA this semester are decreasing rapidly. Just got back some of my small tests, quizzes and midterms. For marine, midterm got A, quiz got 3.5 out of 5. For OOP, test 2 got 38.5 out of 50.
Not really satisfied with my result. Kinda disappointed. Cause of the disappointment? Didn't study HARD enough. Haiz~
So needa study more HARD to achieve my target. Thanks to my FRIENDS out there for giving me some courages, confidences and wishes. =)
And one more thing, can at least ONE SEMESTER for not letting me involving in this whole RC thing specially when I'm in a TEST MODE? I kinda know what’s happening back in Miri. Just some things from me:
- NEVER TELL LIES TO EVERYONE.
- USED WHAT YOU'VE LEARN ALL THESE YEARS. What's the purpose for us organized training camps & seminars for you all? SO THAT YOU'LL LEARN SOMETHING FROM IT. NOT TO TORTURE ALL OF YOU!! WE’VE BEEN THROUGH ALL OF THESE AND WE PASSED IT ALL TO YOU.
Okay. This getting me more mad. LET ME SAY IT OUT HERE. For just some particular people out there who'll just join TRAINING CAMP when you're chosen to be AJK only, and keep avoiding to join THOSE ACTIVITIES & THOSE CAMPS WHEN YOU’RE ONLY A PARTICIPANT. What's the true purpose of you joining those camps? Just to become AJK cause you think become AJK's job is more easier & the name of AJK are nicer to hear than PARTICIPANT, one word from me, YOU'LL LEARN NOTHING!!
All the leadership, managing and planning in me was built since I was a participant till I became a leader. YOU THINK ALL THE PROCESSES ARE SO EASY AH? I'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT WHICH MADE ME WHO I AM NOW.
Ah! My MAIN POINT here is, if anyone of YOU who wants advises or helps from me, show me what have you've done and contribute throughout all these years for the function, for RC, for society and for yourself. And don't try to hide the truth from me when you need my help.

Lonely
Saturday, January 05, 2008
ps. A back date post. Was supposed to post this on the 5th but thanks to the connection in my hostel here made the delay for the posting. Thanks to blogger for having the draft saved. =)
The meaning of lonely? Hard to describe. It's happy when you've friends around you and share the things and feelings from the bottom of our heart. But what happens if one day you need a friend that you wish to talk to but the friend that you wish to talk to wasn't able to be there for you? Well, might as well find another friend. But what if every friends of yours wasn't able to be there as well? The feeling will be very worst right?
I was sick and now I'm feeling a little better at least. Few days ago, I asked one of my buddy do you think I'd changed? My buddy said yeap, I did changed. I've changed into someone who isn't me anymore. I've lost my happiness, I've lost my smile. I've changed into someone who is so pessimistic. Keep on thinking to the worst. Keep on thinking back of the past. Keep on thinking and keep on crying. Dang! I hate that.
I want my smile back. But is it possible to find my smile here? I really wish to have a true friend here that I can share my everything just like my buddies back in Miri. I don't want depression to find me instead. I want my smile back. I really want my true happiness back. Like what I told my buddy I'm still in a heartache mode although I'm feeling better now. Gee~ Can we went back when we were in Form 4 and 5? Although there were really very rough times that happened to me, specially in RC, but it happened to be that my buddies were there with me.
Suddenly feel like talking and sharing about RC. I'd joined since Form 1 and was a very active girl in RC. They're tons of seniors and friends that taught me alot of things in RC. Became a Vice Section Leader in Form 2, Vice Secretary in Form 3 and ended up with the Head Section Leader, the president, in Form 4 and half of Form 5. A Vice Chairman for the Youth Leader Committee in Miri also. And got various of certs specially the National Award and the Best Youth Leader in Miri. Although my year we didn't get to won much, and although I didn't get the opportunity to get so much awards, but we learned and we grown much.
Although they're accidents, misunderstands, quarrels happened almost every year but we did learned alot from it. Thanks to RC a lot. I learned to lead, I learned to camp, I learned to enjoy, I learned to plan, I learned to organize, I learned to help, I learned to first aid, I learned to march, I learned to teach, I learned to be tough, and more and more.
Cause of RC I've met you, cause of RC I've met my buddies, cause of RC which makes me now. Although they're still troubles happening but I'm sure everything will be ok soon. But I didn’t get to learn something from RC, which is how to be lonely when you’re lonely, how to be tough and happy when you’re lonely. Although there are times in camps and activities that I’ve been through need to be handled by myself, but there are support from my buddies and partners that pushed me and motivates me. But what happened to me now? I don’t want to be like this. I want me to be like before. The one who was so damn active and a very happy girl.

International Dance for Humanity 2007 I
Tuesday, June 26, 2007
The International Dance for Humanity with the theme “Together for International Peace and Harmony” was held on the 24 June, last Sunday, in Miri Indoor Stadium, organised by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, Miri Chapter and was officiated by YB Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam, Deputy Chief Minister(1) of Sarawak.
It is a fund-raising event through the kind patronage of supporters and well-wishers. The objectives for this event are:
- To promote Peace and Humanity through local, trans-national and socio-cultural exchanges.
- To promote international friendship and understanding through the participation of National Red Cross / Red Crescent Societies to amplify the principle of UNIVERSALITY.
- To enhance racial and cultural harmony and unity in our diversified society through cultural activities.
- To inculcate the spirit of CARING society through harnessing the support from the local and private sectors.

How INTERNATIONAL can it be you may ask? The performance & the presentation on that day was from local and also international troupes. What I can say here is that this 'Dance' function is the best ones that I ever seen in these few years. Besides the great and marvelous performance this year, this year is the most troupes participating for this function and also this year is the most audiences compared to the previous years.
I was there to help out too. A tiring day for me. Guess this is the last function I'll be participating in RC for this year before I'm going to UMS. Ok. Too much talkings. Pictures & video clips time!!!!
Anne, Henry & Me~
Before the event started.. Full with crowds and audiences...
One of the performance Anne managed to take
The must watched performance by Mary Chong Beauty World... Belly Dance.. *drooling*
Performance by the World Champion, Chung Hua Brass Band~
Didn't manage to take many photos due to our busy-ness. But Albert did manage to take some. Hope to see him upload it soon. =) So, besides the performance, and of course... There are lucky draws!!!

Those are the lucky draws for the adults. Children got to get bicycles as the lucky draw prizes. The event started around 1.30pm and end roughly at 8pm.
After the event, went to Pizza Hut with Anne, JJK, Hooi, Chen and Jason for dinner. After the dinner, we went for a little shopping before we went home. Well, guess that's all from me today. End this post up with this picture....
The 5 of us!!! JJK, Anne, Chen, Me and Hooi... Left this Fang Kuat and How!!!
