Gawai @ Permai Rainforest Resort Kuching

A backdated post. Gawai Day is a harvest festival celebrated by the natives in Sarawak on 1 June every year. So being in Sarawak on that time the princess got the opportunity to have 2 days of public holiday. Yeah to Gawai! ^^

So to spend the precious holidays, princess tagged along with fan su and his friends to have a barbeque at Permai Rainforest Resort, Kuching. Why there? Cause weeks ago we just went to Damai and decided to have a try at the resort instead. So, in case if anyone wondering where is the resort, here the princess attached the Google map for a better references. ^^

Due to majority, we decided to have a one day trip instead of staying over night. If anyone of you wants to have a stay at here you can just click to their website to know more about it. So, without further ado, presenting pictures and more pictures on that particular day. ^^

We reached the destination with our raw foods....

Then gathered at the counter and started to pay the entrance fee, around RM5++ per person and some extra $ for the use of the facilities there: BBQ tools etc.. FYI, foods are actually not allowed to be brought in unless you paid extra $ for it. This is because they are selling the raw foods (I guess) there. (==") But after some negotiation, we did managed to get with a cheaper price. ^^

Playing with sands and the beach water... You can even rent their beach games facilities. Besides the beach, there are more activities to explore at this resort! Obstacle courses, jungle trekking and much more! Just visit their websites for more information!

Okay. We spent almost the whole day at the beach. When it's about time to go back, we went to Teo Seafood at Kampung Buntal for dinner, not far away from the Resort. Just few minutes drive.

Enjoying seafood dinner... Yum Yum! Was my 2nd time there and price was reasonable and the foods was okay, as long as you don't order spicy foods! The spices really spices you a lot. XD

That's all for today. If you had notice, the princess's appearance for this post is like just once only, and is inside the group picture. (T_T) But worry not, being so kind I'll end this post with a bigger appearance!!!!
